Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card is a pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. They add it in one tap from your QR code or link.
How do customers get the card?
Scan the counter QR or open your link, type a name and phone or email, tap Add to Wallet. Under a minute.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. iPhones use Apple Wallet, Android phones use Google Wallet. Same card, same stamps.
What do my staff need?
A phone with a camera and a sign-in. The scanner is a web page. Nothing to install.
Can I have more than one location?
Free and Starter include one location, Growth three, Pro ten. Each address is embedded in the pass for lock-screen reminders.
What’s free?
Your first 25 customers. No card, no time limit. When you’re ready for more, pick a plan.
What happens at 25 customers?
Your existing customers keep collecting stamps. New customers can’t join until you pick a plan, and your dashboard tells you before you get there.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Where is my customers’ data? Is it secure?
In a US database, encrypted in transit and at rest, scoped to your business. We never sell it. See the Privacy Policy.
